VLOG 2 Our second week in Thailand

📝Good central location to the beach but wouldn’t recommend. Cleanliness of the place was questionable!
📍Big Buddha
📝Open 8am to 6pm. This amazing landmark sitting at 45 meters high is unbelievably free to enter. You can sponsor a white marble piece for 300 baht (about £7) to help with its completion

📝We stayed on Soi Romannee street on Sunday for the walking market on Thalang Road. Phuket old town is just stunning! Most of the old Sino Portuguese shophouses have been resorted and painted bright colours. There are old abandoned mansions dotted around everywhere too, which are equally as beautiful although rundown

📝We stayed in this guesthouse on Soi Romannee above a cute coffee shop ! This street used to be the red-light district of
Phuket town. If you ever wanted to go to a brothel, buy opium or gamble, this was the place. Highly recommend staying here on a Sunday for the Sunday Walking Street Market that starts at 4pm until 10pm

📝 Location: Thalang Rd, Talad Yai, Muang, Phuket 83000, Thailand. Open: Sundays from 4pm to 10pm
📍Na Siam 🏨
💰£6 per night per person
⏰ 2 nights
📝Great location again close to bars and restaurants. The guesthouse has a coffee shop too which is great!
📍Ao Phang-nga National Park
💰£47 each (4000 baht all together)
⏰5 stop trip – 7 hours in total
📝 James Bond Island Tour. Booked from Kata Beach Tour Operator – Company SeaHl Andaman. Pickup from hotel included in price. Highly recommend! Great value for money. You get coffee on arrival, snacks, water, juice, pineapple, watermelon on board and lunch is included. The lunch at Panyee island was a highlight for us, it was delicious!

📝 For our last night in Phuket we stayed somewhere very cool. The Memory at On On Hotel is the oldest hotel in Phuket & was the set for Danny Boyle’s, The Beach. Richard’s (Leo) room was 204. We didn’t need to sneak around thankfully as we were on the same floor – 209. Stunning hotel! Highly recommend! Great central location to all restaurants and bars.
