Krabi island is a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday in Thailand. It’s known for its beautiful beaches and the incredible food it offers. BTW Krabi also offers a lot of indian food. I feel a travel to Thailand is incomplete without visiting Krabi island !
So here are my top things to do and eat in krabi, it also includes the best places to visit in krabi :-
1) AO NANG BEACH –
This is most popular tourist beach in krabi, one can sit and enjoy the seaview for hours and even witness the epic sunset by the beach in the evening.

2) AO NANG BEACH ROAD –
Ao Nang is the best area to stay in krabi as it has the beautiful Ao Nang mountains / cliff in its surroundings. One can rent a bike in this area for easy travel and this area even has a lot of Indian restaurants and hotels at competitive prices.

3) RAILAY BEACH –
A fabulous white sand beach of krabi that is assessable via Ao Nang through a twenty minute long tail boat ride.
Railay beach has canoeing and even a swim in its shallow warm water is recommended.
The long tail boat ride is also a experience in itself, it will take hundred baht one way and operates from nine in the morning to six thirty in the evening.

4) VEGAN FOOD –
If you are into vegan food, krabi is the place for you. Anana Ecological Resort located in Ao Nang has a vegan restaurant that serves fresh vegan food made from organic fruits and vegetables grown in their own garden. I highly recommend you to try their smoothies, wraps and blue berry cheesecake. I even stayed at Anana Ecological Resort for three days and absolutely loved it.
It’s secluded, peaceful and extremely comfortable as it has all the amenities of a five star hotel. Even the breakfast at Anana is spectacular as it’s is made from organic farm fresh produce so it gives you a great start for the day !

5) SHOPPING –
Centre Point at Ao Nang is the main shopping area in Krabi, you can buy garments, slippers, sandels, bags, purse and souvenirs for your loved ones.

6) WEEKEND SHOPPING MARKET –
If you are visiting Krabi on weekend, I highly recommend you to visit the night weekend market / walking street at krabi town. It’s known for cheap garment shopping and you can also try a lot of thai street food over there.

7) MASSAGE –
A trip to Thailand is incomplete without a massage, you can get a massage for just two hundred and fifty baht. It lasts for one hour and I recommend that you go for a traditional thai massage.

8) NIGHTLIFE –
The party scene in krabi is huge, RCA Entertainment is the place to go, you will find a lot of gogo bars and restaurants over here.
One can even opt for a boat party for a wild experience.

A three night trip to krabi is sufficient for a memorable experience.
Krabi Thailand is approximately a two hours drive from Phuket, one can even go there via ferry. Krabi even has its own airport with international arrivals and departures from major carriers.

So here are my top things to do and eat in krabi, it also includes the best places to visit in krabi :-
